Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- Domain Registration: Full refunds for domain registration are available within 48 hours of purchase, provided the domain has not been activated or transferred.
- Hosting Services: We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you’re unsatisfied for any reason.
- Renewals: Refunds for renewals can be issued if the request is made within 7 days of the renewal date.
- Service Downtime: If our services fail to meet the guaranteed uptime SLA, you are eligible for a partial or full refund based on the downtime duration.
Exceptions to Refunds
While we aim to process refunds generously, certain scenarios are excluded:
- Domain names already transferred to another registrar.
- Domain renewals exceeding 7 days from the renewal date.
- Hosting services after 30 days of purchase.
- Violation of our Terms of Service.
